Is it possible that the end point of the route is at the bottom of a tank?

Yes, that is possible for the PUSH step. With the BLOW, RINSE and DRY steps, the bottom fill creates too much resistance making it impossible to blow through the route.

How long can the product route be?

This depends on the diameter, components and viscosity of the product. On average, pipes up to 200 meters are no problem.

What is the maximum viscosity of the product that the FLUIVAC can handle?

This depends on diameter and components. Finally, the pump pressure of the process is looked at. If this pressure is above the factory compressed air supply pressure, we consider this to be impossible. Alternatives are that there is an extra FLUIVAC connection halfway through the pipe, so that the process can be carried out in two phases.

Which components require attention for the FLUIVAC process?

Examples are positive displacement pumps; a bypass must be present here. Other examples are: extreme constrictions (DN80 to DN32), Ystral, large rotary scraper exchangers, FLUIVAC process to an aseptic tank.

Which components are not (yet) possible for the FLUIVAC process?

Product recovery from a tank, flushing a tank, positive displacement pump without bypass, open product hoppers/collectors/filler bowls,
