In 2004, the idea arose to develop a product within the market in which Fluidor Equipment B.V. operates, which would eliminate the problem of product wastage in factories. Out of this motivation, FLUIVAC’s first generation was born. Gradually, Fluidor received feedback from the market that FLUIVAC, in addition to product recovery, also provided large amounts of water and cost savings. With this in mind, in 2011 the 2nd generation of FLUIVAC was developed and built. Meanwhile since 2016, the 3rd generation of FLUIVAC has been operating at several manufacturers within several food industries where it is helping to reduce footprints and achieve the sustainable development goals (SDG’s).

Fluidor responds to this demand with a patented in-house development called FLUIVAC. FLUIVAC is a sustainable alternative to conventional product recovery and cleaning methods. The base medium for the process is air and at specific steps within the process, a small water injection can take place.
The FLUIVAC process consists of four steps: PUSH, BLOW, RINSE & DRY. All these steps can be carried out independently or in sequence. The average processing time of a FLUIVAC process is 4 to 10 minutes.
